speaking to one of our consultants or email at client@remtec.co.uk and one
of our consultants will contact you.
The next
step is to meet with you face to face. It is only by thoroughly
understanding your business and building a picture of where it’s heading
that will enable Remtec to represent your company to candidates in the most
effective manner.
Once the
initial relationship has been established and the terms of business agreed,
you can, if you wish, post your future vacancies onto our site directly.
Alternatively you can email us details of a new vacancy, or call us to
arrange a further meeting to discuss a requirement.
After an
administration check, the vacancy will be listed on our web vacancy pages as
well as on our internal database system. If you wish we can also include
your vacancy in a weekly e-mail which is sent to all suitable candidates who
are actively seeking employment.
Our
consultants will actively search for suitable candidates based on your
vacancy criteria and when a suitable candidate is identified, they will
position the opportunity and your company to the candidate, ensuring your
requirements and their aspirations are well matched.
At all
times both you and the candidate, are kept informed of progress by telephone
and email. Once a successful candidate has been interviewed and an offer
made, our consultants will liaise with both parties over the final contract
offer.
